Your Lincoln Party Bus & Group Transportation Company
Party Bus In Omaha has been coordinating group transportation across Nebraska since 2011 — and Lincoln is one of our most-requested markets. We give you access to a wide fleet of Sprinter vans, Sprinter limos, party buses, minibuses, and full-size charter buses, all bookable with an all-inclusive quote in under 30 seconds. You will know the exact price before you ever commit to anything.
Our 24/7 reservation team handles everything from a last-minute birthday run down Haymarket to a multi-day charter for a Nebraska Wesleyan group retreat. Lincoln is a city that swells from 300,000 to well over 350,000 on Husker game Saturdays — and the parking situation around Memorial Stadium is genuinely painful, with surrounding neighborhoods going permit-only and the surface lots along 10th Street filling by noon. We know how those days work, and we plan accordingly.
Whether your event is at Pinnacle Bank Arena, a wedding at The Graduate Lincoln, or a pub crawl through the Railyard, we build a route that keeps everyone together and on schedule. Call 402-973-1398 any time.

Why Groups Choose Our Lincoln Party Bus Service
Lincoln has a handful of situations that consistently trip up groups trying to coordinate transportation on their own: game-day parking across the Memorial Stadium corridor that locks down by 10 a.m., the Railyard foot traffic that makes rideshare ETAs unpredictable after 11 p.m., and a Pinnacle Bank Arena exit that funnels 15,000 people onto 14th Street at the same moment. A Lincoln party bus rental through Party Bus In Omaha gets around all of it — one vehicle, one pickup, one destination, no one circling the lot on Saturdays while the rest of the group stands at Gate 24.
We have coordinated hundreds of Lincoln trips: Husker game shuttles from Wilderness Hills, bachelorette parties through the Haymarket, school field trips to Morrill Hall, and corporate runs between UNL's City Campus and the Embassy Suites on Centennial Mall. Since 2011, every quote has been all-inclusive with zero hidden costs, and our reservation specialists are available 24/7/365 at 402-973-1398 to build a custom plan around your exact headcount, date, and stops. That's the practical reason groups keep coming back — you call once, get a real price, and the logistics are handled.

Lincoln Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Lincoln Airport (LNK) (2400 W Adams St, Lincoln, NE 68524) handles a growing number of passengers on American Eagle and United Express routes, but the terminal is small and curbside drops go fast during peak departures. Charter buses and minibuses load at the commercial ground transportation curb on the south side of the terminal — get your group together at baggage claim before calling us to pull up, since dwell time at the curb is short.
Groups flying into Omaha's Eppley Airfield (OMA) rather than LNK face a 55-mile drive southwest on I-80, which runs right into Lincoln rush-hour traffic on weekday afternoons. One Lincoln airport shuttle bus rental handles the whole crew and all the luggage in a single trip — no juggling multiple rental cars or staggering rideshare pickups across two terminals. We track flight arrivals so pickup timing adjusts automatically.
Call 402-973-1398 to coordinate your airport-to-Lincoln transfer.

Lincoln Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Lincoln's nightlife is tighter than it looks on a map — the Haymarket bars, the O Street strip, and the Railyard entertainment complex are all within a mile of each other, which means the group stays together easily when a party bus handles the navigation. Start the night at Duffy's Tavern (1412 O St, Lincoln, NE 68508) or craft cocktails at The Boiler Room (129 N 10th St, Lincoln, NE 68508), move through the Railyard, and close out at Barry's Bar & Grill (235 N 9th St, Lincoln, NE 68508) without splitting into rideshares between every stop.
Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come with a full bar, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound — no drawing straws for who stays sober. We build the schedule around your stops and your timeline. Call 402-973-1398 to plan your Lincoln bachelorette or bachelor party.

Lincoln Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable entrances your guest of honor can make — and Lincoln has no shortage of great celebration venues to build the night around. For sweet 16s and quinceañeras, popular reception halls include K-Barn Venue in southwest Lincoln and the ballrooms at The Cornhusker Marriott (333 S 13th St, Lincoln, NE 68508). For adult milestone birthdays, the rooftop at Monarch Bar and craft beer at Zipline Brewing Co. (2100 Magnum Circle, Lincoln, NE 68522) both draw celebration groups.
Pre-load a playlist, coordinate a color scheme, and we can match bus color to your theme when availability allows. We offer a massive variety of vehicles — you never pay for seats you don't actually use. Call 402-973-1398 to plan a Lincoln birthday bus rental your group will be talking about for years.

Lincoln Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Pinnacle Bank Arena (400 Pinnacle Arena Dr, Lincoln, NE 68508) sits in the Haymarket and seats just over 15,000 — on a sold-out night, parking on the arena's West O Street deck fills within 90 minutes of doors. Rideshare queues stack up on Canopy Street after the show, with surge pricing routinely doubling during the first 30 minutes of post-concert demand. A Lincoln concert bus rental drops your group at the Pinnacle Bank Arena pedestrian plaza, picks up at the same spot after the final encore, and gets everyone back to their hotel or home address without waiting in the surge queue.
Outdoor shows at Pinewood Bowl Theater in Pioneers Park draw summer crowds to a venue with limited on-site parking and a single-lane entry road off West Van Dorn Street that backs up quickly before headliners. One charter bus to Pinewood Bowl means your group arrives together, with the bus waiting nearby for the post-show exit. Call 402-973-1398 for concert transportation in Lincoln.

Lincoln Corporate Event Transportation
Lincoln's corporate corridor runs from the State Capitol district down to the Centennial Mall hotels, and the daily grind on O Street during lunch and afternoon hours is real. Shuttling your team between the Embassy Suites by Hilton Lincoln (1040 P St, Lincoln, NE 68508) and a conference at the Lincoln Station event venue (201 N 7th St, Lincoln, NE 68508) — which sits directly on the Amtrak platform — means navigating limited surface parking in the Haymarket on a weekday when the lot at 8th and Q is already packed.
A Lincoln corporate bus rental routes your team directly to the entrance, frees up every seat for productive ride time (WiFi and power outlets come standard on full-size charter buses), and cuts out the designated-driver calculation from the evening dinner. We also handle recurring employee shuttle routes between the UNL Innovation Campus on North 14th Street and corporate offices further south. Call 402-973-1398 to discuss corporate shuttle contracts and group rates.

Lincoln Private Event Transportation Services
The Lincoln Haymarket Farmers Market runs Saturdays from May through October along 7th to 9th Streets and draws tens of thousands of visitors — adjacent parking at the Pershing lot fills by 9 a.m. on peak summer weekends. The Lincoln Arts Festival in June takes over the Haymarket blocks and effectively closes 8th Street to through traffic for two days. The Lied Center for Performing Arts (301 N 12th St, Lincoln, NE 68588) on the UNL campus generates post-show pedestrian gridlock at the 12th and R intersection when a large production lets out.
For family reunions, church retreats, neighborhood group outings, and festival visits, a Lincoln charter bus rental keeps absolutely everyone together for one flat, predictable rate — no five-car caravan, no one getting separated at the Haymarket intersection. Call 402-973-1398 and we will build a custom plan around your event.

Lincoln Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Lincoln runs late April through mid-May, and Lincoln high schools — Lincoln High, Lincoln Northeast, Lincoln Southeast, Lincoln Southwest, Lincoln East, and Pius X — hold their proms within a compressed four-to-five-week window. That concentration of demand hits every available vehicle in the market simultaneously. For prom: book by January or expect premium pricing or no availability.
A typical 6-hour prom rental for 25 students — school pickup, a photo stop at Sunken Gardens (27th St and Capital Pkwy, Lincoln, NE 68503), venue drop-off, and a post-prom return — runs $1,600–$2,000 all-inclusive when booked four to six months out, and $2,500–$3,200+ when booked in the final three weeks. Parents appreciate having one coordinated pickup plan instead of a caravan of cars, and students get the experience they're after. Call 402-973-1398 to lock in your date before the window closes.

Lincoln School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and chaperones count on Party Bus In Omaha for Lincoln school field trips because we are available 24/7 and experienced with the logistics at every major Lincoln attraction. The University of Nebraska State Museum (Morrill Hall) (645 N 14th St, Lincoln, NE 68588) sits on the UNL City Campus — bus drop-off uses the 14th Street curb lane, and buses wait in the campus surface lot off Vine Street during the visit. The Lincoln Children's Museum (1420 P St, Lincoln, NE 68508) is in the heart of the Haymarket with very limited adjacent parking, making one coordinated charter bus far simpler than a parent caravan through the one-way grid.
For longer trips, full-size charter buses include overhead storage for lunchboxes, undercarriage bays for equipment, onboard restrooms so the group doesn't need a roadside stop, and TV monitors for educational content on the way. ADA-accessible vehicles are always available with advance notice. Call 402-973-1398 for Lincoln school field trip bus rentals.

Lincoln Sporting Event Transportation
On Husker home game Saturdays, the neighborhoods surrounding Memorial Stadium (1 Memorial Stadium Dr, Lincoln, NE 68588) go permit-only for residents, and the surface lots along 10th Street and Stadium Drive post prices of $40–$60 and still fill by mid-morning for noon kickoffs. After the game, the exits from the West Stadium parking structure back up onto Salt Creek Roadway while 90,000 fans pour onto Cornhusker Highway simultaneously. Rideshare wait times on Q Street post-game routinely exceed 40 minutes on sold-out days.
A Lincoln party bus rental from Party Bus In Omaha picks your group up from a single location — a hotel on South 27th Street, a tailgate point in Lot 20, or a house in the Bison Run neighborhood — drops everyone at the East Stadium drop zone on Stadium Drive, and waits nearby for a post-game pickup. No one walks 20 minutes to a crowded shuttle queue. The math is simple: one bus fare split across 30 fans is typically less per person than two rounds of surge-priced rideshares.
Call 402-973-1398 before the good vehicles are gone — Husker home weekends book out weeks in advance.

Lincoln Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Lincoln's wedding venue corridor stretches from the downtown hotel blocks — The Cornhusker Marriott on 13th Street, The Graduate Lincoln (141 N 9th St, Lincoln, NE 68508) in the Haymarket — out to suburban ceremony sites like Stonebridge Country Club (5601 Hunt Dr, Lincoln, NE 68516) in south Lincoln and rustic barns along Highway 77. Out-of-town guests staying at a Hyatt Place or Hampton Inn near I-80 have no realistic way to get from their hotel to an Antelope Park reception and back without a car — and nobody in formalwear wants to wait 25 minutes for a surge-priced rideshare on a Saturday night.
A Lincoln wedding shuttle runs a seamless loop between the hotel block and the venue, keeping every guest on your timeline from cocktail hour to last dance. We coordinate clear pickup windows, staggered departures, and a single point of contact from your first quote through final drop-off. Call 402-973-1398 for a free wedding transportation quote.

Lincoln Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Nebraska's Prairieland wine country sits 20 to 50 miles outside Lincoln along Highway 34 and the rural roads south of Crete — James Arthur Vineyards (2001 W Raymond Rd, Raymond, NE 68428), one of Nebraska's largest wineries, is about 20 miles north of Lincoln and regularly books private tasting events. Closer in, Zipline Brewing Co. anchors the craft beer scene on the southwest side, and Boar's Head Brewery (6 S 1st St, Lincoln, NE 68508) draws groups into the Haymarket.
A Lincoln pub crawl or winery tour party bus rental keeps every person in the group together for every pour — no splitting into cars, no parking scramble at a rural vineyard with a gravel lot, and no one watching their drink because they drew the short straw on driving. Call 402-973-1398 to map out your Lincoln tasting route.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Lincoln Party Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Lincoln?
Lincoln party bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, date, and how many hours you need. As a general guide: small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $204–$378/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Husker home game weekends, prom season (April–May), and UNL graduation weekend push rates toward the top of those ranges.
The fastest way to get an exact number for your date and itinerary is to call 402-973-1398 — we give you all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds with no hidden costs.
Where does the bus drop off at Memorial Stadium for Husker games?
Charter buses and party buses drop off along Stadium Drive on the east side of Memorial Stadium, nearest to Gate 24 and the East Stadium plaza. All stadium-adjacent surface lots require pre-purchased passes and fill by mid-morning for noon kickoffs — buses cannot idle at the curb, so your group should be ready to move the moment you arrive. We recommend checking the official Memorial Stadium parking page before game day for current lot assignments and any road closure advisories around Cornhusker Highway and 10th Street.
How does a bus pick up at Lincoln Airport (LNK)?
At Lincoln Airport (2400 W Adams St, Lincoln, NE 68524), commercial buses wait in the short-term lot and pull to the ground-floor arrivals curb on the south side of the terminal when your group coordinator confirms the full group is together with luggage. Because LNK's commercial curb is compact and dwell time is enforced, do not call us to pull up until every person in your party has cleared baggage claim. If your group is arriving on multiple flights, establish a single meeting point at the baggage carousel and wait there before calling.
For groups flying into Omaha's Eppley Airfield instead, the same principle applies — full group together first, then we move the bus to the commercial pickup lane.
When should I book a bus in Lincoln to get the best price?
We recommend booking at least three to six months in advance for peak Lincoln dates. Husker home game Saturdays book out fastest — popular vehicle sizes sell out four to six weeks before kickoff for marquee matchups. Prom season (April–May) is Lincoln's single busiest window for party bus demand, with high schools across Lincoln-Lancaster County scheduling events within a four-to-five-week span.
UNL graduation weekend in mid-May creates a second demand spike immediately after prom. If your date is outside those windows, two to four weeks of lead time is usually workable — but the earlier you call, the better your vehicle selection. Call 402-973-1398 the moment your headcount is confirmed.
Can a charter bus park at Pinnacle Bank Arena during an event?
Yes. Pinnacle Bank Arena (400 Pinnacle Arena Dr, Lincoln, NE 68508) is surrounded by the Haymarket's surface lots and the West O Street parking deck. Charter buses use the commercial drop-off curb on Canopy Street, with the bus then moving to an oversized vehicle staging area or a nearby surface lot during the event — lot availability shifts by event size, so confirming with the arena's event operations team before your visit is worthwhile.
We recommend reviewing the official Pinnacle Bank Arena parking page before your event date for current commercial vehicle instructions.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Lincoln events outside peak season, two to four weeks of lead time gets you a solid selection at standard pricing. For Husker home game Saturdays, prom (April–May), and UNL graduation weekend, plan on three to six months — those dates move fast and the right-size vehicles commit early. For one-of-a-kind dates like a Big Ten Championship run or a bowl-game send-off, book the moment your event is confirmed.
Waiting costs money: a prom bus booked in January typically runs $600–$1,200 less than the same vehicle booked in April. Call 402-973-1398 today to lock in your date.
Popular Lincoln Party Bus Destinations
Lincoln's best venues for group outings range from the game-day energy of Memorial Stadium to the summer concert scene at Pinewood Bowl and the walkable Haymarket district. Below are six destinations our groups visit most — with the logistics detail that matters when you're arriving by bus.

Memorial Stadium
Home to the Nebraska Cornhuskers and one of the largest on-campus stadiums in the country, Memorial Stadium (1 Memorial Stadium Dr, Lincoln, NE 68588) seats over 90,000 and has sold out every home game since 1962 — making it one of college football's most storied venues. On game Saturdays, Lincoln's population effectively grows by a third, and the surrounding street grid locks up well before kickoff. Pre-purchased parking passes for lots along Stadium Drive and 10th Street run $30–$60 and none are available day-of for the major lots.
Charter bus drop-off is along Stadium Drive near the East Stadium plaza. We highly recommend reviewing the official Huskers parking page for current lot and road closure information before your visit.
Address: 1 Memorial Stadium Dr, Lincoln, NE 68588
Phone: (402) 472-4224

Pinnacle Bank Arena
Pinnacle Bank Arena (400 Pinnacle Arena Dr, Lincoln, NE 68508) opened in 2013 as the anchor of Lincoln's Haymarket redevelopment and hosts Nebraska Cornhuskers basketball, major touring concerts, and large conventions. With a capacity of 15,500, it is the largest arena in Nebraska and generates significant post-event congestion on Canopy Street and West O Street. The arena's surface lot and the adjacent Haymarket parking structures both fill fast for sold-out shows — pre-purchased passes for the Canopy Street deck run $10–$20 depending on the event.
Charter bus drop-off uses the Canopy Street commercial curb. The official arena parking page has current lot assignments and event-specific guidance.
Address: 400 Pinnacle Arena Dr, Lincoln, NE 68508
Phone: (402) 904-4600

Haymarket District
Lincoln's Haymarket District — centered on 7th to 9th Streets between O and R Streets — is the city's most walkable entertainment corridor, packed with restaurants, breweries, cocktail bars, and live music venues inside converted 19th-century warehouse buildings. The Boiler Room (129 N 10th St) and Lazlo's Brewery & Grill (710 P St, Lincoln, NE 68508) anchor the food and drink scene, while the Railyard complex on Canopy Street hosts open-air events through the summer. Parking in the Haymarket is metered and competitive on weekend nights — the Haymarket surface lots off 8th Street fill by 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
A party bus drops your group at each stop and waits nearby, so there is no parking competition at every venue change and no splitting into rideshares between bars.
Address: Haymarket District, Lincoln, NE 68508

Sunken Gardens
Sunken Gardens (27th St & Capital Pkwy, Lincoln, NE 68503) is one of Lincoln's most photographed landmarks — a terraced public garden in the Capital Parkway corridor that draws wedding photo sessions, quinceañera portraits, and prom groups from across the city, particularly in late spring when the annual planting features 30,000+ flowers in bloom. The garden itself has limited adjacent parking along Capital Parkway and 27th Street, and the street shoulder fills quickly on Saturday mornings during peak season. For prom and quinceañera photo stops, a party bus can wait on Capital Parkway while the group takes photos, then move on to the reception venue without anyone needing to find their own car.
Admission is free and no reservations are required for casual visits.
Address: 1800 S Capitol Pkwy, Lincoln, NE 68502
Phone: (402) 441-7847

Pinewood Bowl Theater
Pinewood Bowl Theater sits inside Pioneers Park at 3201 S Coddington Ave (Lincoln, NE 68522) — an open-air amphitheater with a capacity around 5,000 that hosts the Lincoln Symphony Orchestra, summer concert series, and touring acts through the warmer months. The venue is surrounded by Pioneers Park's nature trails, which means limited paved parking, a single-lane entry road off West Van Dorn Street, and no rideshare staging area near the stage. After a show, the exit onto Van Dorn backs up for 20 to 30 minutes as traffic feeds onto South Coddington Avenue.
A charter bus drops your group at the pedestrian entrance and returns for a post-show pickup, getting everyone out while others are still waiting in the exit queue. Check the Pinewood Bowl website for the current season schedule before your visit.
Address: 3201 S Coddington Ave, Lincoln, NE 68522
Phone: (402) 441-7895

University of Nebraska State Museum (Morrill Hall)
Morrill Hall (645 N 14th St, Lincoln, NE 68588) on the UNL City Campus houses one of the nation's premier natural history collections, anchored by a full-mounted Columbian mammoth — Archie — and a dinosaur gallery that rivals university museums three times its size. The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. School groups are a large part of the visitor base, and bus drop-off uses the 14th Street curb lane with staging available in UNL's surface lots off Vine Street during the visit.
Group tours can be arranged in advance through the museum's education office. Admission runs $7 adults, $5 children 3–18, and free for UNL students and children under 3. We recommend confirming group logistics at museum.unl.edu/visit before your trip.
